An Accomplished Brand Identity Project From Our Manchester Signmakers

The neglected Trident Business Park was purchased in 2015 for £5.2m by the Property Alliance Group, one of Manchester’s leading property developers. Although located in a prime position next to Manchester Airport, the 86,084 sq ft development was in dire need of reinvigoration. The planned works included remodelling the glass entrance, enhancing the leisure facilities and creating impeccable on site amenities. The Property Alliance Group knew exactly who they needed to make this new brand identity project a success. Manchester Signs has provided the Property Alliance Group with a range of services for over 25 years. Our signmaking experts liaised with the project designer and came up creative, high specification signs that fit the brief perfectly. The result was an effective wayfinding and brand identity project with clear signage done in a contemporary style. Our team were particularly proud of an imposing sign comprised of individual letters that appears to float above the striking glass and steel reception. We also installed an entrance sign on a concrete and marble plinth. This work features 1.2m high built up acrylic letters that are internally illuminated with LEDs.
